It is a style of food that originates in Mexico. This cuisine is known for its variety of flavors, attractive and colorful decoration, and variety of hot spices and ingredients.
Corn - It is the traditional Mexico's staple grain. It is eaten fresh and also as a component of a number of dishes. Squash and peppers also play a vital role.
Chili powder, cumin, oregano, cilantro, epaulet, cinnamon, and cocoa are some of the important ingredient of Mexican cuisine. Chipotle which is a smoke-dried jalapeño chili,It is also common in Mexican cuisine. Many Mexican dishes also have garlic and onions.

After corn, rice plays a dominant role in Mexican cuisine.
